About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing team, working within the window, door, curtain walling and façade industry. This role will primarily focus on projects within the social housing and education sectors across Dartford and the surrounding areas.This is a hands‑on, all‑rounder position, ideal for someone comfortable managing site operations while also supporting office‑based tasks such as order processing, coordination, and customer liaison.Key ResponsibilitiesDay‑to‑day management of site operations for window, door, curtain walling, and façade installationsManaging subcontractors, installers, and labour on siteEnsuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standardLiaising with clients, housing associations, local authorities, and schoolsConducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and health & safety checksCoordinating materials, deliveries, and installation schedulesProblem‑solving on site and providing practical solutionsRegular travel to sites within the Dartford and surrounding areasRequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager within the window, door, curtain walling or façade industryPrevious experience working within social housing and/or education projectsStrong knowledge of installation processes and site managementComfortable working both on site and in an office environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational and time‑management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyValid UK driving licenceSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)What We OfferCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)Opportunity to work in a varied, hands‑on roleSupportive team environment with room for progressionHow to ApplyIf you are an experienced Site Manager with a background in windows, doors, curtain walling, and facades, and you're looking for a varied role combining site management and office‑based responsibilities, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
