Contract Site Manager - Oxfordshire
Connect Grp UK Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client. We are seeking a skilled fit out Site Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a substantial background in Site Management, particularly within the Interior Fit-out sector. This role offers an attractive daily rate of £300p/day, making it an excellent opportunity for the right individual to further their career.
Refurbishment of bars and hospitality spaces during a dark period. Numerous bars on the go at the one time.
Needs to be a pro-active fit-out site manager with no issue on long days, 7 days a week.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the Interior Fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge and understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering fields.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients and subcontractors.
SMSTS
Black or gold CSCS card
1st aid
Responsibilities:
Oversee all stages of construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules, for stakeholder review.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
