Conduct The role & about the client: On behalf of our client, ITS Building People are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a residential construction company based in Romsey. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to Oversee day to day operations on the site and monitor the work to ensure it aligns with plans and specifications Conduct regular inspections and quality checks. Enforce health and safety regulations on-site. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure efficient workflow Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Resolve conflicts and ensure high morale and productivity. Monitor expenses and avoid cost overruns. Report financial progress to senior management. Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site. Provide regular updates and attend project meetings. Address client concerns and adjust plans as needed. Maintain site records, daily logs, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with legal and company documentation requirements. Essential Qualifications/ experience required/ specific requirements for the role: Previous experience working with a residential company Strong technical understanding Be an innovative thinker and problem solver The ability to develop, manage and maintain successful relationships, both internally and externally Relevant tickets, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid How to apply: Please send an up-to-date CV in strict confidence or contact the office.
