Ready to take the lead on an exciting new-build residential project? A respected housebuilder is searching for a driven Site Manager to oversee their housing development, located on the outskirts of Norwich. This is your chance to step into a role where quality, safety, and exceptional customer experience sit at the heart of everything you do. You'll be the on-site figurehead, coordinating trades, maintaining first-class standards, and ensuring the build moves smoothly from groundworks to handover. What you'll be doing:
Leading day-to-day site operations with confidence and clarity Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered to high standards Monitoring H&S compliance and fostering a safe working environment Driving programme targets while maintaining outstanding build quality Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Keeping records, reports, and site documentation up to date
What we're looking for:
Proven experience managing residential new-build housing sites Strong leadership skills that inspire your team to deliver excellence Solid understanding of NHBC standards and construction processes A proactive mindset with great communication and problem-solving ability SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications
