Are you an experienced and focused Site Manager keen to take on a development in the Winchburgh area?

We are delighted to be working with this household name brand developer, known for building quality homes across the country. As Site Manager, you will form part of a high functioning leadership team with plenty support around you.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, your typical day-to-day site duties will include:

Co-ordination of labour and subcontractor movements on site on a day to day basis. Delivery of first class quality products for customers. Driving the programme forward by meeting or exceeding timeline expectations. Maintaining Safety records and carrying out safety audits. Keeping safety / equipment / plant registers up to date. Liaising with other departments to ensure first class customer service experiences throughout walk arounds / handovers. Provide relevant coaching and guidance to Assistant Site Manager on site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on engaging with their site team and getting the best from them.

The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following:

Extensive experience in new build homes construction. Able to work on own initiative, with enthusiasm to drive the program. Ability to build relationships with sub contractors and suppliers.

Given the nature and pace of this role, a proven history of successful delivery of new build homes is essential. Current First Aid certificate, CSCS and SMSTS are also necessary for this role.
