We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major modular construction project near Hinkley Point, valued between £7–10 million. The scheme involves the installation of modular buildings, with significant enabling works including groundworks and crane operations prior to installation.

The role requires a stand-alone Site Manager capable of overseeing the full construction lifecycle, from civils through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Full site management of a modular project on a live, high-security nuclear site

*

Coordination of civils, groundworks and crane operations ahead of modular install

*

Managing health & safety, logistics, and subcontractor coordination

*

Ensuring work is completed to programme, specification and budget

*

Acting as the main point of contact between site and the wider project team

*

Daily reporting, site documentation, and quality assurance

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager in modular or off-site construction

*

Background in civils, groundworks, and crane operations

*

Willing and able to undergo Hinkley Point security clearance

*

Strong understanding of health & safety standards on high-risk sites

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or equivalent), and First Aid at Work – all essential

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills
