Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading Regeneration contractor in Grimsby to hire a freelance Site Manager for 2 weeks holiday cover to assist on a kitchen and bathroom scheme on behalf of the council in tenanted and void properties. The successful Manager will preferably come from a background within the social housing sector and worked on similar schemes previously. Responsibilities: Managing trades such as Joiners, Bricklayers, Plumbers, Plasterers to carry out repairs/maintenance in tenanted and void properties. Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines. Reporting progress to senior management. Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.
