Site Manager – New Build Flatted Development

Location: Glasgow

Permanent

Salary: £54,000 - £60,000 + benefits package

Your New Employer:


Award-winning residential builder with an enviable reputation in the market and a low staff turnover. Due to several new sites breaking ground in the coming months, they have a requirement for an experienced SITE MANAGER to join their operations team on a permanent basis.



Your New Role:


You will become a key member of the management team, delivering a new build residential flatted development in Glasgow.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, you should be an energetic and driven SITE MANAGER with extensive flatted development new build experience for a leading housebuilder or commercial building contractor.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


·       Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors.

·       Experience of working to the highest NHBC standard.

·       Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site.

·       Keeping site records and registers up to date.

·       Keep records and maintain electronic filing system.

·       Ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit.

·       Quality Control. 

·       Authorising timesheets for trades and labour.

·       Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site.



Key Criteria:


·       CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets.

·       Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager delivering FLATTED DEVELOPMENTS.

·       Trade background or Construction Management Degree.

·       All applicants must live within commuting distance of the advertised location.

·       Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines.
