You'll liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly from start to finish.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage day-to-day site operations for retail fit-out projects\n\n * \n\n Coordinate trades and subcontractors efficiently\n\n * \n\n Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations\n\n * \n\n Deliver high-quality workmanship within tight deadlines\n\n * \n\n Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports\n\n * \n\n Troubleshoot issues and maintain clear communication with stakeholders\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in site management within retail/commercial fit-outs\n\n * \n\n SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, and First Aid certification\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership and organisational skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to read and interpret technical drawings\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving license\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
