Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
Type: Permanent
Start: Project start to completion

The Opportunity

We are a medium-sized, growing construction company seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a one-off luxury residential new-build project in Chichester, West Sussex.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a project from demolition through to handover, working closely with the business at an exciting stage of growth. The right individual will have the opportunity to establish themselves and grow with the company long-term.

The Project

Demolition of an existing property

*

High-end, bespoke luxury residential new build

*

Full lifecycle project management

*

High quality finishes and attention to detail required

Key Responsibilities

*

Manage the project from start to completion

*

Oversee demolition and full new-build construction

*

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades

*

Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

*

Maintain site health & safety compliance at all times

*

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and senior management

*

Problem-solve on site and proactively manage challenges

*

Ensure quality control and workmanship standards are met

*

Keep accurate site records and progress updates

Required Qualifications & Experience

*

SMSTS – Essential

*

CSCS (Management level) – Essential

*

First Aid at Work – Essential

*

Proven experience managing residential construction projects

*

Experience delivering projects from start to finish

*

Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing

*

Confident managing subcontractors and site teams

*

Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills

*

High attention to detail, particularly on luxury builds
