Freelance Construction Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out (CAT A)Duration: 6 WeeksStart Date: 19th JanuaryHours: 7:00am – 4:00pmProject Type: Commercial CAT A Fit Out We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Construction Site Manager to oversee a 6‑week commercial CAT A fit‑out project on behalf of our client. This is a short‑term contract role, ideal for a hands‑on Site Manager with strong commercial fit‑out experience who can hit the ground running. Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day management of site operations Coordinating subcontractors and trades Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to a high standard Maintaining health & safety compliance on site Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and progress reporting Liaising with the project team and client representatives
Requirements
Proven experience managing commercial CAT A fit‑out projects SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold preferred), and First Aid Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage short‑term programmes efficiently
