Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Manager to oversee multiple social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects across North East / West London, with a focus on roofing works, window replacements, and kitchen & bathroom (K&B) installations. This is a critical role ensuring the successful delivery of works to time, budget, and quality standards while maintaining excellent tenant relations and full health & safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple live social housing sites (voids and occupied) Manage and coordinate sub-contractors and trades across roofing, window installation, and K&B works Monitor programme time-lines, ensuring works are completed on schedule Ensure all work is delivered to high quality and safety standards, in line with specifications and building regulations Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety audits Manage material deliveries, storage, and usage on-site Liaise with residents, housing officers, client representatives, and internal teams to provide progress updates and resolve any issues Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, variations, inspections, and health & safety documentation Report on progress, risks, and KPIs to contracts or project managersRequirements:
