Job Title: Social Housing Refurbishment Manager (Multi-Measure Retrofit) Location: Bradford and surrounding areas Rate: £230£260 per day (DOE) Contract Type: Freelance / Contract Company: Regional Contractor (Growing Pipeline of Local Authority & Housing Association Works) The Opportunity We are working with an ambitious, fast-growing regional contractor delivering high-quality social housing refurbishment and retrofit schemes across Bradford and West Yorkshire. With a strong pipeline of secured projects and further awards pending, they are looking to appoint an experienced Social Housing Refurbishment Manager to support delivery across multiple localized schemes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor at an exciting stage of growth, with long-term work available for the right individual. The Role You will oversee the delivery of multi-measure retrofit and refurbishment works across occupied and void social housing properties. Projects will include a mix of: EWI / IWI
Roofing & insulation upgrades
Window & door replacements
Heating system upgrades (including low-carbon solutions)
Ventilation improvements
Associated internal & external refurbishment works ...
