We're working with a well-established contractor delivering high-spec kitchen and bathroom upgrade programmes across tenanted and void properties in Greater Manchester. Due to continued growth, they're now seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects Oversee subcontractors, trades, and direct labour, ensuring high standards of workmanship Conduct pre-start meetings and tenant liaison to ensure clear expectations and minimal disruption Carry out regular health & safety checks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (CDM, PPE, Risk Assessments, etc.) Monitor and report on site progress, programme adherence, and costs Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time, coordinating with suppliers as needed Deal with snagging and ensure timely resolution of defects Liaise wi...
