Site Manager – Malvern Duration: 6 Weeks Start Date: 13th of April, Monday
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 6-week project based in Malvern, working on an extension within a live school environment.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and safety-focused Site Manager who is confident managing works in sensitive, live environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a school extension project
* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times
* Ensuring minimal disruption to the live school environment
* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
* Liaising with the client, stakeholders, and project team
Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS
* Valid CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work (FAW)
* Proven experience managing projects within live environments (schools preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
Others:
* Free parking on site
* Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:30
* Salary negotiable day rate
