This is a FREELANCE position, based in Leeds.\n\nOur client is a well established structural restoration firm and are seeking a freelance Site Manager to join their team in August.\n\nApprox 36 weeks work, managing a project of 1.5 mil.\n\nMain scope of works:\n\n * Demolition & soft strip\n\n * Structural altertions\n\n * Steel columns & beams\n\n * Foundations\n\n * Drainage repairs\n\n * Stone/ Block work\n\n * Metal decking\n\n * Upper floor concreting\n\n * Design management\n\n * Programme management\n\n * Contract administration\n\n * H&S\n\n * In house & subcontractor management\n\nSMSTS, first aid and driving licence required.\n\nPlease submit your CV online for consideration
