Youll ensure the management of all refurbishment/renovation trade operatives within the agreed project areas is controlled and in line with all company H,S &E policys and current legislative requirements . Achieving timely and Quality installations on site, youll develop and maintain good levels of communication with all contract team members and residents, whilst acting as a visible focal point for your operatives and sub-contractors.
