Re-Cladding Site Manager – Brighton 16-Month Project Immediate Start (May)\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Re-Cladding Site Manager to join a long-term project in Brighton, starting mid–end of May. This is a 16-month scheme on an occupied residential block, involving a full strip and replacement of EWI and rainscreen systems.\n\nThis role requires a candidate with proven, hands-on experience delivering re-cladding works in live/occupied environments. Due to the nature of the project, we will only consider candidates with extensive re-cladding experience on occupied residential buildings.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManaging full re-cladding programme (EWI & rainscreen) from strip-out to completion\nOverseeing works on a live, occupied residential block, ensuring minimal disruption\nManaging subcontractors, programme, and site logistics\nEnsuring strict health & safety compliance and safety\nQA management using FieldviewRequirements:\n\nExtensive re-cladding experience on occupied residential projects (essential)\nStrong knowledge of EWI and rainscreen systems\nSMSTS\nFirst Aid\nExperience using Fieldview for QA and reporting\nMust be able to commute daily to Brighton (no digs available)This is a great opportunity to join a long-term, technically demanding project where your façade and re-cladding expertise will be critical to successful delivery.\n\n Call Harry on (phone number removed)\n Send your CV to
