Site Manager - Rail

Randstad are recruiting for Freelance Internals Rail Site Manager to work on a station Fit-out in east London

The successful candidate must have Rail building and internals experience.

Works will be days from 08.00am-17.00 Monday-Friday

Duties will include:

Overseeing Fit-out subcontractor management - steel fixing, cladding, joinery, painting, flooring, firestopping
Planning, forecasting and delivering work
Developing programmes, Risk assessments, Quality assurance.Essential:

Rail fit-out experience
SMSTS
NVQ level 3
