Managing planned works schemes (kitchen & bathroom refurbishments) Overseeing site operations across multiple locations Managing subcontractors and ensuring programme delivery Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality Liaising with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
SMSTS First Aid CSCS Card Asbestos Awareness Driving Licence DBS Proven experience delivering planned works / social housing projects
What's on offer:
£250 per day 3-4 month contract Immediate start
