We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of projects valued between £5m‑£7m, such as schools and extensions. Deliver projects independently, ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain progress and compliance. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth delivery. Monitor budgets, schedules, and provide regular progress reports.
Required
Previous experience as a Site Manager with a national contractor or similar. Proven ability to run projects such as schools or school extensions. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations.
