Site Manager (Passive Fire)

A long-standing, market-leading fire protection contractor is seeking to onboard a Fire Protection Site Manager to oversee fire door installation and remediation works on social housing stock. Projects are delivered for local council authorities and housing associations across London and the South East.

The Role

You will manage site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities Include

Full management of fire door installation and remediation projects on site

*

Planning and scheduling site works to meet programme deadlines

*

Supervising operatives and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and compliance

*

Maintaining health & safety standards and site risk assessments

*

Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams on project progress

*

Managing budgets, resources, and site documentation

*

Monitoring quality, reporting issues, and implementing corrective actions

About You

*

Experience managing social housing projects is desirable

*

Strong knowledge of fire door systems and remediation works

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Flexible and willing to travel across London and the South East

*

Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach to site management

Package & Benefits

Base salary: £50,000 – £60,000
