About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build Starbucks Drive Thru. This is a fast-paced 18‑week programme requiring a manager with a proven track record delivering retail, roadside, or branded hospitality units from groundworks through to successful handover.

You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, health & safety, programme management, and ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget, and to brand specification.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site activities throughout the full project lifecycle
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
Ensure compliance with Starbucks' brand standards and client expectations
Maintain and enforce all Health & Safety procedures
Monitor build programme, address deviations, and report progress
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections
Manage quality control and ensure works are delivered to specification
Liaise with the client, design team, and project manager
Oversee site documentation, RAMS, daily diaries, and handover packs

Experience & Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager within construction
Strong background in fast-track retail, hospitality, or drive-thru projects
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), and First Aid at Work
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage tight programmes and fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of groundworks, steel frame, M&E coordination, and fit-out sequencing
