A proactive, problem-solving approach.Must be able to travel independently at short notice to meet organisational requirements.Good knowledge of relevant Safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children and young people.Working PatternHybrid working—based in the central team, requiring travel between assigned schools, with occasional home-based working.
