On offer is the opportunity to join a mechanical engineering company that specialise in the repair and maintenance of 3-phase motors, fan units, water pumps, and other systems. They work with a variety of clients, including blue-chip companies, the military, local businesses, farms, leisure centres, and more.

This varied role is a combination of onsite and office management. You will be responsible for supervising engineers on customer sites, preparing quotations, maintaining client relationships. The role also involves administrative tasks, team development, and spending time in the field with the engineering team.
This role would suit someone who has previously held a management/supervisory position with a background in Mechanical/Industrial maintenance looking to join a close-knit well established company.
The Role:

• Supervise and sign off on work completed by engineers and contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits.
• Develop accurate quotations and procurement of materials.

• Background in Mechanical maintenance
• Looking for a supervisory position
• Commutable to Harlow, Full UK license
