Working closely with the Senior Manager – Premises & Compliance, you won’t just fix problems as they arise; you will help plan to prevent them. You will manage the site budget, procure quotes for work, and oversee external contractors to ensure quality. Crucially, you will also lead and motivate the cleaning team, ensuring standards are met and training is delivered.
