Job Description
Site Manager £50,000 - 55,000 + Package Swindon Maintenance Contractor
Company: A well-established, Tier 1, fast paced and ambitious construction, and maintenance contractor with a great reputation for providing excellent services to clients.
Role: The role is on a brand new contract which involves a 3-year framework working on a SHDF/Net Zero project. As Site Manager, you will manage and control on site activities the course of this project, which external and planned work. Approx 1400 properties across Swindon, Reading with a potential to expand to Bristol/Bournemouth in the future.
This will involve:
\n
\n Accountability for all daily operational activity and the management of operatives and sub-contractors
\n
Identifying, reviewing and implementing the client's critical success factors for the project
\n
Ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered, avoiding any post-completion defects.
\n
Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are always maintained.
\n
Ensuring project delivery plan is followed to cost and time frame expectations.
\n
\n
Site Managers play a vital role in the successful delivery of these refurbishment works.
Key Experience needed:
\n
\n Previous experience with Retrofit, SHDF, Net Zero, is required. Minimum of 5 years as a Site Manager is also desirable.
\n
Planned Maintenance and refurbishment experience required.
\n
Construction-related NVQ / HNC Level 4 and above
\n
Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
\n
Sound knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements
\n
Full UK driving license
\n
Membership of or working towards RICS/MCIOB would be advantageous.
