Site Manager – Night Shifts (12-Week Contract) – Southampton * Location: Southampton * Project: Shop refurbishment (toilets & changing rooms) * Duration: 12 weeks * Shift Pattern: 12 consecutive night shifts followed by a weekend off * Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM * Pay Rate: £30.50 per hour Responsibilities: * Oversee night-time refurbishment works on-site * Manage subcontractors and ensure work is delivered safely and on schedule * Maintain site health & safety standards at all times * Conduct site inductions, briefings, and toolbox talks * Monitor progress and report to senior management * Ensure quality control across all works Requirements: * Valid SMSTS * First Aid at Work (3-day course) * CSCS Card * Asbestos Awareness Certificate * Proven experience managing refurbishment projects * Strong leadership and communication skills
