Job Description

We are recruiting for a Construction / Site Manager to manage day-to-day reactive and planned works across the North of England.\n\nThis is a hands-on role — ideal for someone who can plan works, read drawings, and coordinate trades to keep jobs moving efficiently.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Plan and coordinate daily works\n\n * \n\n Manage multiple reactive jobs across the region\n\n * \n\n Read drawings and plan labour/materials\n\n * \n\n Support operatives on-site and ensure progress\n\n * \n\n Ensure quality, safety and job completion\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of reactive maintenance / planned works\n\n * \n\n Ability to read drawings and plan jobs\n\n * \n\n WPP / TB ( as requested)\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\nWhat’s Provided\n\n✅ Vehicle\n✅ Fuel card\n✅ Phone\n✅ Tablet\n✅ PPE
