Job Description
Our client is a multi-disciplined construction company based in the Northwest. They operate across a range of sectors nationwide, including:\n\nSocial Housing\n\t\nCommercial & Leisure\n\t\nHealth\n\t\nEducation\n\t\nHeritage\n\t\nStudent Living\n\nDue to continued project wins, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team, covering projects across the Northwest region.\n\nJob Role\n\nYou will be responsible for managing live refurbishment sites across a variety of sectors, including:\n\nSchools\n\t\nHospitals\n\t\nUniversities\n\t\nStudent accommodation\n\nTo be considered, you must have:\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager on live construction/refurbishment sites\n\t\nDemonstrable experience delivering school refurbishments valued over £1m\n\t\nSMSTS\n\t\nCSCS Card\n\t\nFirst Aid (minimum requirement)\n\t\nManual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, and Working at Heights certifications\n\t\nDBS ()\n\t\nWillingness to travel across the Northwest to manage multiple projects\n\nIf this opportunity is of interest, please apply today
