Site Manager \n\nLeicester\n\nPermanent\n\n£55k - £60k +Package\n\nTSR Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning 5-star housebuilder to recruit a Site Manager for a permanent role in Leicester. The position will involve managing a new-build residential development of 100 traditional units.\n\nThe business has an excellent industry reputation, delivering high-quality family homes, luxury housing. With a strong focus on quality, they are widely regarded as one of the UK's most trusted and respected residential developers.\n\nThe Role\n\nManage and coordinate subcontractors, maintaining high standards of quality control\nOversee the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring works are delivered in line with specification\nEnsure compliance with NHBC requirements and all relevant statutory authorities\nManage short-term programming (ASTA) and monitor progress against targets\nChair and manage subcontractor meetings\nComplete required safety and quality documentation\nOversee handover of the completed scheme, ensuring it is delivered on time\nAdhere to QA procedures to maintain 5-star housebuilder standards\nThe Person\n\nProven experience working as a No.1 Site Manager on new-build residential projects for a reputable main contractor or residential developer\nStrong leadership skills, with the drive and motivation to lead teams while supporting and developing Assistant Site Managers and trainees\nMandatory experience in traditional masonry housing\nRecent experience delivering mixed-use residential schemes, including affordable housing\nDemonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and to high-quality standards\nIT literate\nHolds valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications\nRemuneration\n\nCompetitive salary\nLaptop & phone\nCompany car or allowance\nTS Recruitment act as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
