We’re looking for a Site Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing site operations and driving successful project outcomes.The CompanyNW Total Engineered Solutions Ltd. is a specialist manufacturing and engineering company focused on delivering high-quality process equipment packages. Our facility is equipped with a broad range of core capabilities, enabling us to manufacture and rigorously test a diverse array of equipment. We have particular expertise in pipe welding and mechanical fitting, which are central to the projects we undertake. Additionally, we offer in-house Level 2 weld inspection and non‑destructive testing (NDT) services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability across all our work.LocationNW Total Engineered Solutions, LA14 2UEHours of Work37.5 hours, Mon‑Fri, 8am‑5pm and Friday 8am‑12pmSalary£48‑56K per annumWhat You’ll DoOversee delivery of projects on-site, ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, and safety standards.Produce and review site documentation packs (construction phase plans, risk assessments, method statements, permits).Maintain a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle ensuring works are carried out in line with health, safety and environmental regulations.Manage contractors ensuring that CDM regulations are complied with.Coordinate installation, fabrication, and resource planning activities.Carry out site surveys and dimension checks.Support with onsite testing and commissioning of equipment.Act as an onsite point of contact for vendors and contractors.Support project engineers with planning, reporting, and documentation.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in site coordination and day‑to‑day management.Engineering fitting and fabrication experience.Strong organisational skills for planning work, timelines, and resources.Strong communication skills.UK passport (due to security requirements).IOSH Managing Safely or Working Safely certification.SMSTS Site Management Safety Training Scheme.Why Join UsBe part of a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Work on varied and challenging projects across the UK.How You’ll Be RewardedThe company provides an industry leading compensation package.
