Live HMP Prison Experience required **

Responsible for managing health & safety, site operations, and production across multiple active areas within a live HMP prison. The role requires strict adherence to security protocols and coordination of construction and fire safety improvement works.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activities across live prison areas

*

Ensure full compliance with health & safety and prison regulations

*

Oversee construction and fire safety improvement works

*

Coordinate workforce, subcontractors, and prison authorities

*

Maintain productivity while working in a secure, operational environment

Working Hours:

*

7:00am – 5:00pm

Essential Requirements:

*

Valid CSCS Card

*

SMSTS certification

*

First Aid qualification

*

Proven Site Manager experience in construction

*

Experience delivering fire safety works

*

Prior experience working within a live HMP prison environment (essential)
