You will be expected to coordinate site activities, ensure adherence to H&S protocols and ensure that all installations meet project design specifications.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOversee the day-to-day operations of commercial build projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\nManage site teams, including subcontractors and direct staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.\nEnforce site safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.\nDevelop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, addressing delays or disruptions to keep projects on track.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, providing progress updates, and ensuring satisfaction with project delivery.\nCoordinate labour, materials, and equipment effectively to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.\nEnsure all work meets or exceeds company and industry standards through regular inspections and snagging processes.\nAddress on-site challenges promptly, making decisions to minimise disruption and maintain project momentum.\nMonitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure all variations are recorded and approved.\nMaintain accurate site records, including daily reports, safety audits, progress updates, and contractual changes.\nLiaise with architects, engineers, and other consultants to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth project execution.\nReview subcontractor performance, ensure adherence to project specifications, and address any underperformance.\nManage project completion, ensuring a smooth handover process and addressing any post-handover issues.Contacts to Apply:\n Sam Hunter - Fit Out & Interiors Manager: (phone number removed)\n Cameron Lally - Senior Resourcer: (phone number removed)
