Site Manager / Senior Site Manager - Industrial & Food & Beverage Projects\nSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 + package (flexible for the right candidate)\nPSR Solutions is currently working with a well-established main contractor that specialises in new build and high-value fit out projects across the industrial and food & beverage sectors, delivering schemes valued up to £30m nationwide.\nWe are supporting this client on multiple projects secured and two major schemes due to start on site imminently. As part of this growth, they are now looking to appoint experienced Site Managers / Senior Site Managers who are willing to work on a basis.\nThe Opportunity\nTwo projects, each valued at approximately £20m, are commencing this month, with enabling works starting immediately and main construction phases programmed to begin around May. These schemes involve steel frame new build construction, with elements of high-specification fit out, particularly within technically demanding environments.\nThis is a strong opportunity to join a contractor with a consistent pipeline of industrial and food & beverage work across the UK.\nThe Role - Site Manager / Senior Site Manager\nAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and in line with quality standards.

You will coordinate subcontractors, labour, and plant while working closely with the Project Manager to drive progress on site.\nKey Responsibilities\n * \n Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors\n * \n Oversee steel frame construction and associated packages\n * \n Manage enabling works through to main build and fit out phases\n * \n Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications\n * \n Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality, and housekeeping\n * \n Coordinate labour, materials, and plant\n * \n Chair site meetings and coordinate subcontractors\n * \n Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, and client teams\n * \n Maintain accurate site records and reporting\nCandidate Requirements\n * \n Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on industrial, food & beverage, or commercial projects\n * \n Strong background in steel frame construction\n * \n Experience delivering high-value fit out works (food & beverage experience advantageous but not essential)\n * \n Willingness to work on a basis\n * \n SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required\nWhat's on Offer\n * \n Salary guide £60,000 - £65,000 + package (flexible for the right candidate)\n * \n Opportunity to work on major £20m-£30m schemes\n * \n Long-term pipeline of secured work\n * \n Exposure to technically challenging industrial and fit out projects\nHow to Apply\nIf you are an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a background in industrial or food & beverage construction, PSR Solutions would like to hear from you.
