Job Description
Job Title: Site Manager – Office Fit-Out\nLocation: City of London\nDuration: 8 Weeks (Potential for Further Work)\n\nOverview:\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an office fit-out project based in the City of London. This is an 8-week contract with the strong possibility of ongoing work for the right candidate.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget\n\n * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel\n\n * Ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to on site\n\n * Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates\n\n * Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship\n\n * Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager on office fit-out projects\n\n * Valid SMSTS certification\n\n * First Aid qualification\n\n * CSCS card (Black or Gold )\n\n * Strong leadership and communication skills\n\n * Ability to manage fast-paced projects and meet deadlines\n\nIf this role is of interest, please reach out directly to Charles Howe of Tradeline Recruitment
