Site Manager - Refurbishment & Carpentry Projects, London\n\nA well-established construction contractor specialising in carpentry, refurbishment, and interior fit-out projects is currently looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support projects across London.\n\nThe company delivers a variety of refurbishment works including residential, commercial, and interior upgrade projects, with a strong focus on high-quality carpentry and finishing.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee day-to-day site operations on refurbishment and carpentry-led projects\n\nCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely and on programme\n\nManage carpentry installations, joinery works, and interior refurbishment activities\n\nEnsure quality standards are maintained across all works\n\nMonitor project progress and report updates to senior management\n\nEnsure compliance with health & safety requirements on site\n\nAssist with scheduling, material coordination, and problem solving during construction\n\nRequirements\n\nPrevious experience as a Site Manager or Carpentry Supervisor\n\nStrong background in carpentry and refurbishment projects\n\nAbility to manage trades and coordinate subcontractors on site\n\nGood understanding of construction programmes and site logistics\n\nSMSTS / SSSTS \n\nStrong communication and leadership skills\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nOngoing pipeline of London refurbishment projects\n\nCompetitive salary or day rate\n\nOpportunity to work with an established contractor delivering high-quality projects\n\nIf you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply or get in touch for a confidential discussion
