The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, you will drive quality standards while maintaining a collaborative and efficient site environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations on construction projects
* Ensure all work is carried out to the highest health & safety standards
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
* Monitor project progress and report on timelines and budgets
* Maintain quality control and ensure work meets required specifications
* Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver projects to tight deadlines
* Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid )
