Job Description
Job Title: Site Manager – Civil Engineering\n\nLocation: Office based in Bradford with travel required across the North and South of England\n\nCompany Overview:\nForce Recruitment are working with a highly reputable and growing civil engineering company based in Bradford, delivering high-quality infrastructure and utility projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background to oversee projects nationwide.\n\nRole Overview:\nThe Site Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering civil engineering works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The successful candidate must be willing to travel and stay away when required to support projects across both the North and South of England.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Oversee day-to-day site operations on civil engineering projects\n\n * \n\n Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers\n\n * \n\n Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget\n\n * \n\n Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance\n\n * \n\n Coordinate site activities and ensure work programmes are followed\n\n * \n\n Liaise with project managers, clients, and utility providers\n\n * \n\n Complete site documentation including RAMS, permits, and progress reports\n\n * \n\n Ensure quality control across all civil works\n\nScope of Works::\n\n * \n\n Ducting installations\n\n * \n\n Drainage works\n\n * \n\n Overhead line infrastructure\n\n * \n\n General civil engineering works related to utilities and infrastructure\n\nEssential Requirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering\n\n * \n\n Strong background in utilities / infrastructure works\n\n * \n\n Valid NG Persons ticket\n\n * \n\n SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\n * \n\n Willingness to travel and stay away when required\n\nIf this role is of interest to you, please could get in touch with the contact details provided below....\n\nKind Regards
