Site Manager\n\nBrighton\n\n6 Months\n\nThis Site Manager’s role is with one of the UK’s leading main contractors. They have an excellent reputation and build some of the country’s most iconic buildings. They are a diverse organisation covering most sectors of the built environment and this specific role is within their fit out and refurbishment division.

Projects are varied ranging from £500k - £50million in the commercial, retail and public sector.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are looking for a Site Manager (site-based lead) who has the ability to lead and the take ownership of a refurbishment scheme on a private sector building for a retail client.\n\nThe project will consist of demolition and new build.\n\n * Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client’s expectations and within budget.\n\n * Manage project programme.\n\n * Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved.\n\n * Assist with site establishment and site logistics.\n\n * Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance.\n\n * Identifies and manages risk.\n\n * Ensure delivery against the project budgets.\n\n * Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.\n\nTo be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach.\n\nThe Plus Points\n\nA competitive day rate is on offer, and they will be additional projects to follow
