As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are safely delivered on time and to budget, while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We're establishing a new collaborative team to deliver multiple projects within a secure facility, with a strong focus on detail. Our initial projects have an M&E bias, so knowledge in this area would be advantageous.ResponsibilitiesManaging site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required qualityMaintaining comprehensive site records and ensuring compliance with health and safety proceduresBuilding positive relationships with clients and stakeholders while liaising with client SMEs to ensure complianceSupporting the procurement functions in the selection of sub-contractors and providing performance feedbackNurturing and developing your team to create an inclusive workplaceQualificationsYou have previous Site Management experience with a proven track record in successfully managing projectsYou're collaborative and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and clientsYou possess excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detailYou're comfortable working in a secure environment (SC Clearance level preferable, though we can arrange for clearances)You hold a full driving licence and are a UK/British Passport holderRewards and benefitsWe're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
