You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 8 engineers, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance and project works while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The Role

🔹 Oversee day‑to‑day site operations across all works as directed by senior management 🔹 Ensure PPM and reactive works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required standards 🔹 Supervise all contract works, ensuring full compliance with client specifications 🔹 Manage and coordinate a team of 8 engineers, issuing daily work plans and monitoring progress 🔹 Liaise regularly with clients and subcontractors 🔹 Ensure all Purchase Orders are in place prior to commencing works 🔹 Maintain contractual compliance across all site activities 🔹 Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce site safety procedures 🔹 Implement and maintain quality control processes 🔹 Identify risks, resolve issues, and provide technical solutions 🔹 Produce reports and maintain accurate documentation 🔹 Assist with contract negotiations and permit applications where required 🔹 Work closely with support teams to ensure accurate financial reporting🔹 Support estimating and business development functions when needed 🔹 Maintain and update internal systems (Evolution) in line with requirements

About You

✔ Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within building services ✔ Strong HVAC knowledge and technical background ✔ Experience managing teams and multi-site operations ✔ Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance contracts ✔ Strong communication and organisational skills ✔ Health & Safety focused with a proactive approach to risk management ✔ Ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders
