Job Title: Site Manager (Housing) Short-Term Contract Location: Oldham Rate: £24£25 per hour The Opportunity: A well-respected regional housebuilder is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a short-term assignment on a flagship residential development in Oldham. This is their largest scheme to date, offering a great opportunity to join a high-performing team on a busy and fast-paced site. The Role: As Site Manager, you will take a hands-on, proactive approach to managing daily site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will be expected to hit the ground running and provide strong leadership across trades and subcontractors.
