Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a fresh start in the New Year?

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and high-caliber Site Manager to lead a residential house build project near Woodford Green. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a quality build, working with a reputable developer.

The Role

As the Site Manager, you will be the primary point of contact on-site, responsible for the day-to-day management of the project. You will ensure the build progresses safely, on schedule, and to the highest possible standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Subcontractor Management: Coordinating various trades to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.

Health & Safety: Maintaining a "safety first" culture, conducting inductions, and ensuring all RAMS are in place and followed.

*

Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections to ensure the build meets architectural specifications and building regulations.

*

Reporting: Providing regular progress updates to the Project Director and attending site meetings.

*

Logistics: Managing material deliveries and on-site storage to keep the project moving efficiently.

Project Details & Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is local to the East London/Essex border and has a proven track record in residential new builds.

Start Date: Monday, 12th January 2026

Location: Near Woodford Green (IG8)

Rate: £270 - £300 per day (CIS)

Hours: 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM

Duration: 3-4 months

Essential Qualifications:

SMSTS or SSSTS

*

CSCS Black Card (Managerial).

*

First Aid at Work (3-day certificate).

*

Proven experience managing residential developments (house builds) from groundworks to handover.
