Job Description

Site Manager – Hotel Refurbishment Project\n\nWe are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of corridors within a live hotel environment.\n\nProject Details:\n\n * \n\n Start Date: 05th January\n\n * \n\n Duration: 3–4 months\n\n * \n\n Location: Covent Garden\n\n * \n\n Future Opportunities: This project is expected to lead to further work for the right candidate.\n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Day-to-day management of site operations within a live hotel\n\n * \n\n Coordinating subcontractors and trades\n\n * \n\n Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard\n\n * \n\n Managing health & safety and maintaining minimal disruption to hotel guests and staff\n\n * \n\n Liaising with hotel management, clients, and project teams\n\n * \n\n Quality control and progress reporting\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects\n\n * \n\n Experience working in live/occupied environments (hotels, residential, healthcare, etc.)\n\n * \n\n Strong communication and organisational skills\n\n * \n\n SMSTS, CSCS (First Aid desirable)\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage works sensitively in guest-facing areas\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * \n\n Competitive rate (dependent on experience)\n\n * \n\n Immediate January start\n\n * \n\n Opportunity for ongoing work beyond the initial project\n\nTo find out more, please submit your CV
