Freelance Site Manager - CAT B Fit Out

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a fast‑track CAT B office fit‑out project in Canary Wharf.

The role is working for a newly established Fit out Firm.

Key responsibilities:

* Day‑to‑day site management and coordination of trades

* Managing a tight 4‑week programme

* Overseeing CAT B works including joinery, flooring and finishes

* Maintaining programme, quality and site safety

* Liaising with contractors, suppliers and the project team

* Working 7 days per week to meet deadlines

Requirements:

* Proven experience delivering CAT B office fit‑outs

* Strong programme and trade coordination skills

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

* Experience working on live or fast‑track commercial projects

* Able to commit to a 7‑day working pattern
