Site Manager – Retail Fit Out\n\n Leeds (with regional travel)\n Full-time | Permanent\n\nWe are a well-established retail fit-out contractor delivering high-quality projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team, based out of Leeds.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of retail fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage site operations from start to completion\n\n * \n\n Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations\n\n * \n\n Maintain programme schedules and monitor progress\n\n * \n\n Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, designers and project managers\n\n * \n\n Ensure quality control and snag-free handovers\n\n * \n\n Manage materials, deliveries and site documentation\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Site Manager within retail fit-out\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of fast-track retail projects\n\n * \n\n SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black) and First Aid (preferred)\n\n * \n\n Excellent organisational and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary (dependent on experience)\n\n * \n\n Company vehicle or car allowance\n\n * \n\n Opportunities for progression within a growing business\n\n * \n\n Supportive and professional working environment\n\nHow to Apply\n\nIf you are an experienced Site Manager looking to join a reputable retail fit-out contractor in Leeds, we would love to hear from you
