Site Manager - Facades Location: Eastbourne Rate: £300 per day Contract Length: Up to 18 months - with the view to go permanent Start Date: Immediate A well-established contractor specialising solely in façade remediation is seeking an experienced Facades Project Manager for a long-term project based in Eastbourne. The business operates as a Principal Contractor, delivering complex recladding and remediation schemes. With over 25 years of trading history and a turnover of circa £20m, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality façade remediation projects safely and compliantly. The Role The Facades Project Manager will be appointed on a contract basis to support the delivery of a major façade remediation and recladding project valued up to £10m, with a potential duration of up to 18 months. The role will focus on quality assurance, programme management, and installation oversight, working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities

Overseeing façade remediation and recladding works on site Managing and maintaining the construction programme Ensuring installation works are delivered in line with specifications and drawings Leading and controlling QA processes, inspections, and records Supporting the Contracts Manager with day-to-day project delivery Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and quality standards Liaising with consultants, suppliers, and client representatives

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a Facades Project Manager or similar role Strong technical knowledge of façade remediation and recladding systems Experience overseeing projects up to £10m Excellent understanding of QA processes within façade works Strong organisational and programme management skills Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and site teams SMSTS and CSCS essential
