Key Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Project Lead

Overseeing roof, faade, and external works packages

Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring quality and safety standards are met

Monitoring short-term programmes and assisting in planning/site logistics

Supporting with internal works where needed (experience advantageous)

Utilising Fieldview for site reporting and QA tracking

Requirements: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (all in-date)

Strong background delivering externals on similar projects

Experience with Fieldview

Able to work collaboratively within a site team
