Site Manager School Project Location: Bedford Start Date: 21/07/2025 Duration: 6 weeks Rate: £230£245 per day (CIS) Working for: Main Contractor
Clearfield Recruitment are working on behalf of a respected main contractor to source an experienced Site Manager for a school refurbishment project starting on Monday 21st July 2025 in Bedford.
Responsibilities:
Managing trades and subcontractors on site
Maintaining health and safety standards
Liaising with the client and reporting on progress
Ensuring the project runs to programme and deadlines
Requirements:
Valid SMSTS
First Aid at Work certificate
Enhanced DBS (must be in date and valid for working on school premises)
Proven experience managing education or similar sensitive-site projects
This is an excellent short-term contract for a reliable and proactive Site Manager with the appropriate qualifications and clearance.
